talknthashxt
I want to run 4 focal tweeters active using this amp. I got the amp yesterday and looked at the manual. It says the high pass is only 40hz to 400hz. Am I missing something here? I need to cross them over at 2500hz. Will the crossover on this amp go that high? OrionStang
If it says 400, then its 400. Need a different amp or other processing. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
talknthashxt
I was afraid of that.... why even have a l.p./hp switch when they are both the exact same? It says low pass is 40 to 400 also...
CleanSierra
Is it like the 100.4? My 100.4 had a button that you press down for 10X. Which effectively would multiply your crossover point from 400 to 4000 Hz. I'd have to check the manual, but I feel like your amp had this feature just like the big brother 100.4 Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you. OrionStang
The sax 50.4 had that 10x button, but only on ch.1 & 2. This SAE line a lower line with less features. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
ToNasty
the first 50.4 was active capable, the newer one isnt, so you either need some sort of processor or a active capable hu Quote ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers

I just noticed in the title, the newer like where they are rated almost dead on rated power too, not over like the other models. My SAX100.4 is active capable and why I bought it. Pretty bulletproof too I think. Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
