Skullz
No idea on what models those are but if the numbers he is posting are correct i'd buy those in a heartbeat. $200 for a pair of 150w x 2 is a steal of a deal and the quality PPI had making amps of that era are well worth trying them out. Don't try and stuff anything larger than 8awg wire terminals into it. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
Pasta Prime
I was thinking the same thing. I loved the old ppi stuff. New build coming........ WillistonAudioLabs
I am almost CERTAIN those are not PPI amps. They just have stickers on the bottom. I've never seen a PPI amp with those cheesy style of terminal strips. I'd ask for gut shots so it can be confirmed or denied or get both for $100, but I wouldn't expect to see PPI guts. I'm just sayin'... See my videos on YouTube http://www.willistonaudio.com Many tests and demos of OLD and NEW SCHOOL car audio gear! TheMonolith2001
I don't think they are PPI amps either. If you look closely around the PPI logos you can see a square around them where you can tell it is a sticker and a different shade of black. I have never seen an older PPI amp that had a sticker like this. It is always painted on. Also where is the lightening bolt logo? That is always somewhere. The strip on the front looks like there was a piece there that is now missing. Probably with the original manufacturers logo. The model numer sounds like powerbass maybe? Can't find anything about Sinfony Shadow. There is a brand Sinfoni but it doesn't look like a match either. http://www.precisionpower.com/Manuals/Amplifier%20Manuals/ Doesn't seem to be listed there either. Since there is so much combination of things from different brands it makes me think they are some kind of no name knockoff amp sold to scam people into thinking they are getting something good like a PPI. Who knows though without seeing guts. Also how does he have the styrofoam bits but not the box? Who stores things like that? I would stay away from this. He probably does have the box or threw it away because it also had a logo on it. This guy probably knows what is going on here.
