Sooo if i drink whey protein or muscle milk it will help me with nutrition and craving. Also wih being hungry

Well you need protein and you definitely won't be chewing any meat. Try a meal replacement powder/weight gainer. These are my favorites:

Meal replacement, use milk to add calories.

or

Mix your own Protein/Carbohydrate blend.

Also consider a liquid multi vitamin.

And BCAA's to sip on. You can just add these to a big water bottle that you sip throughout the day. They will help with the healing process. This one tastes great and I add 1 scoop per liter of water. All three flavors are awesome.

dont wanna order online we have vitamin shoppe and gnc wanna stay local hawaii make easier and get stuff faster

Then get comparable items at your shop. Thats just where I get all my stuff. Cytosport makes Muscle Milk, but I'd look for more calories. See if your shop carries CytoGainer, Monster Mass, or Monster Milk. Then get a liquid multi-vitamin and a bcaa powder. For more carbs, you can blend in waxy maize if they carry it, or whole fruits that have no seeds. Bananas may become your best bet. Smooth peanut butter also works in protein shakes.
