A private person can transfer a handgun to someone 18 or older and a rifle or shotgun to a person of any age. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. SIDE SHOW Posted August 28, 2014 Report Share Posted August 28, 2014 in straya, you must have a gun license and to get that they come to your house to make sure you have a lockable gun safe bolted down and a background check, police clearance and health records all get checked.
