BigHOUSTON
Ok so this has me feeling dumb, but the situation is all the amps i've ever had have just one positive and one negative hook up for the speakers. Now I have this amp( MONO BLOCK) and it has two positives and two negative. If you are looking at the amp for the speakers its + ,+ , -, - . I've got two dual 4 subs and they are wired in parallel to achieve a 1 ohm load, now i've been thrown this curve ball. I sure its simpler than im making it out to be but input would be greatly appreciated
finkster
The inputs are wired in parallel inside the amp. So just put the positive on one of the positives and negative on one of the negatives. So by doing that it wont change the ohm that im currently trying to achieve
Jhunt94
If you have the subs wired in parallel and just have one set of wires going to the amp it won't change anything. You could actually run leads from each speaker to each set of terminals and achieve a 1 ohm load because of the amp being paralleled internally. 2007 Ford F-150 Reg. Cab.
