Kerry95 Posted September 4, 2014 Report Share Posted September 4, 2014 Hi all this is my first build that I've put up on here so please be patient with me lol Equipment 2 10" Alpine Type S's (Dual 4 Ohm) 1 Pioneer GM-D9601 (Run at 1 Ohm) 1 Chinese branded head unit (Upgrading in the later future) 1 Set of 6.5" Cadence CS2.65K Component's 1 Set of Pioneer 3 Way speaker's (Upgrading later) KnuKoncepts Neon 0 Gauge (CCA) Response 4 Gauge (OFC) for Big 3 Future Stuff Fusion PF-4004 - 4 channel (or any other suggestions for a 4 channel amp around 50-100 Watts) New 6" rear speakers, any suggestions? New head unit, was thinking Kenwood or Alpine OK now for the pictures, some are missing because i don't have the patience to take one every step. The empty boot after 0 Gauge install. The 16"" MDF after the cuts with a jigsaw which I impressed myself with lol Test Fitted the 6" Port. The Bridging connectors for the subs. Nice and green . Painted the inside white but it had a reaction with MDF so now im not going to put a plexiglass window in which was the plan. More green action This is how the wires exit the box. Look more green for the port . The 4 Gauge wire for the Big 3 which I'm doing in the next few days. Alternator to Chassis Ground (photos upside down for some reason?). And for any of you guys/girls that like shiny things I polished my throttle body butterfly. Kerry95 Posted September 8, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 8, 2014 Ok so today i finished doing the Big 3, yay! The fuse mounted. The connection at the alternator. This is the cheap ass headunit I have installed. And finally the port that's aimed through the ski-hole (btw that's a 6" port). Also if anyone has used either a Fusion PF-4004 amp or a MB Quart RA480.4 amp what are your opinions on it, I'm leaning more to the MBQ amp.
