Selecting the appropriate woofer with respects to RMS/nominal power handling

with that amp being rated at 1400 rms i would look for a sub with a similar rating, wether it be 1 or 2 subs is going to depend on the amount of space you have to work with, obviously i work for dc audio and with all the information given i would suggest two lvl 2's but you can go however you feel is right, if you have any other questions or need some more help give me a call at the shop 855 775 3299

That amplifier does 1864 watts in dynamic RMS @ 12.77v, it's an under rated amplifier. So i'd recommend going with a set-up that could handle that much, rather than 1400.
