box suggestions

New to this forum, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion or dimensions for a box for two dc level 2 12s ported or sealed going in a ext cab colorado

Hey I posted back in your other thread. DC calls for 2.5ft^3 if you are going to run ported which is recommended. What type of music are you gonna listen to?

Ported if you listen to rap. Tune it to about 32-34Hz. In most 2.5sq ft boxes for 12's is usually around a 38 inch port.

So here is a suggestion, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 3 1/8", figure is just an assembly guide, bracing is 1 1/4" wooden dowel rod:
