BassMunky Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 ok so i plugged in another mouse and it installed it and it says everything working fine the light comes on the mouse, but it doesnt move. Any suggestions? I plugged it into my friend computer and works fine.. Also when i look it up on the devices and printer it says unspecified device. Any suggestion on fixing this problem? dell inspiron 537s with window 7. SIDE SHOW Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 USB 2.0.... might need the higher speed usb to work. if not have you searched for driver software ect for the mouse? ohh and if all else fails just then it off and back on again >
