RossGo
The lack of symmetry in that center piece may make it look a little offYour finish work on them is beautiful. A simple staining of that wood would really make it pop Yes I have a lot of stereo weight. Polar-bass
Rossgo: I see what you mean about the symmetry, from the look of your signature picture you have an eye for incredible detail. What I will attempt is to give these wood pieces some kind of covering in order to try to have them blend more into the car. (To the extent that a wall can blend in anyway). For now they have just been painted to become more durable. Picture of subwoofer wiring Drilled some holes today, and then I added some sturdy threaded rod which is 16mm. Then I had to cut of the excess length with a saw that was so small it's embarrassing! Three out of four amps are also mounted on threaded rod, but only on two of their corners. This was just to elevate them and get the position I wanted. Now I have realized that the downside to this is that I have to remove all amps if I want to be able to remove the upper one. Not very practical, I might change the whole layout in the future sometime. To eliminate potential vibrations I also added a small rubber gasket (hm right word?) underneath the mounting points of the amps. This was just a small update for now, but as you all know, all this things take a whole lot of time to work out.
RossGo
I'm not sure what access to stores you have there, but basic rubber feet can be used. A hardware or computer store should have them for cheap. Wiring looks good so far. In my opinion, this is the most fun part of the build. Seeing everything come together. It is so tempting to rush it to get it playing, but the reward of making everything perfect is so much better Yes I have a lot of stereo weight. Polar-bass
I finally got the port finalized for now. It isn't perfect yet, I might do something different in the future. I can still make place for a bigger roundover if I feel the need for it. And I've got the amps for subs wired up. Keep in mind that the EMMA (European competition format) rules require a maximum of 40cm from battery to fusing. For that reason it's pretty hard to achieve a super clean look. Can't just stack away the fuses somewhere far on the sides.

Polar-bass
I apologize. I let the thread die. A couple of pics of how it ended up looking like ( can't get the pics to work, only links, I'm on an iPad... Shit - will edit later): http://i743.photobucket.com/albums/xx74/knspr/69DD16CB-A3F2-4C9A-8BFD-5A8BA7542FA0_zpsu6mkx6eu.jpg http://i743.photobucket.com/albums/xx74/knspr/952C177F-9159-4697-BE45-D9841EA2A3F5_zpslapndi91.jpg http://i743.photobucket.com/albums/xx74/knspr/BB8FF524-0B4D-457F-8DED-4B1DC84412C5_zpsat1njz20.jpg http://i743.photobucket.com/albums/xx74/knspr/64DC214C-21B1-40F9-81A6-A68821C93A45_zpst3ap1qiw.jpg I was happy with how it sounded, as I remember it did 152,6 in the dash with one door open. I wasn't happy about that. Think there was a crazy box raise. Allthough I wantet to squeese two more db's from that thing... Well acoustics is a bitch and I learned a lot. The car is sold now. Wanted to switch to a cheaper vehicle to allow for more radical building projects. Now I have started on a B2 SQL build in a Nissaen Frontier truck. Might make a build log for that soon. It still looked great and was probably a lot of fun to listen to. From what i've seen, wall builds with top ports like that tend to give brutal demos but meter poorly. Nothing to worry about.
