d-nice88 Posted October 11, 2014 Report Posted October 11, 2014 Can anyone tell me where the firewall hole is at on a 98 buick lesabre ? I couldn't find it and just ran my power wire under the car :/
afrakes Posted October 11, 2014 Report Posted October 11, 2014 Uh, if u can't find one, then drill one. Just use a grommet. Edit: I have never once used a factory firewall hole, always drilled my own. Just make sure u aren't drilling into anything besides the firewall and you have enough clearance to run the wire properly. afrakes Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 There is always room. I have good luck usually on the passenger side as there are less factory wires and shit (like gas/brake petals) in the way. afrakes Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 I try to go about 1" below where the factory carpeting ends and have found numerous vehicles to have space right in thar general area.
