i have 2 mtx 7500 10s in a sealed box 32in long 11in wide and 13 in tall. 1 in thick i did the math and it comes out to 1.78 cu ft. now to the question i want to port it to hopefully a little louder and sound better. what port size should i do and how long. i listen to a lot of rap and bass music. or should i not even try and port the box and leave it alone

The recommended ported box size for that sub is 1.75 cubes each, your box is way too small to be ported properly.

Probably not what you want to hear, but the correct answer is you build a new box that is designed from the beginning to be ported.

Big trunk in that vehicle OP you should easily be able to do a proper ported box in there for those subs.

Build a new box, that is the correct answer. If you're handy with woodworking, you can get someone to design it and build your own, otherwise look for someone near you and hire them out. Porting that box you have is a recipe for a shit sandwich.
