Help designing a box for SoundQubed hds315

2 6" ports would give me around 56 sq inches of port. Will this be enough if I flare the ends? I would like to vent them into the rear dash with SoundQubed speaker grills over them.

Yes. That's almost exactly how much port area I'm giving my HDC415 on 5k and it sounds damn good.

I made a few 3d models just to get a perspective of how the box may look. I plan on flush mounting the woofer. I may use a plexi back because the sub will be facing foreward towards the rear seat. What thickness of plexi would you guys recommend?
