Yeah 130 lbs lol..it aint hard to get a 6 pack when you weigh that much.

Here's a tip, every morning you wake up, drink a cold bottle of water immediately. Boosts your metablism up to 24 percent. If you do this every morning you will definately notice a difference after some time.

There are so many myths and bs surrounding bb'ing its crazy...

ptcary, if you can't stand stuffing yourself all day (I mean all the time, with healthy food) then you probably won't gain much weight because you have very high metabolism (ectomorph)

cichlidfort, thats true, but not true. 24% no way, not even close, on an eca stack you looking at 5% tops and I'll guarantee you a glass of cold water is not stronger than ephedrine. IMO I'd eat as soon as I woke up, this will definitely get your metabolism going (whole wheat)

Just take some methyl 1 test(M1T) buahahaha. Might wanna take some Milk Thistle & PCT and you know the routine.

P.S. Eat alot before going sleep it makes metabolism sky rocket.

i always thought that u never eat passed 8 for sake of your metabolism. Theres a bunch of myths circling around here lol...i will do what i do and see results...nothing but protein and water here. everything else stays normal.
