Unfortunately just voltage doesn't tell us how many watts you are actually getting out. Did you measure this will the subs wired up or not? What impedance are your subs wired at?

Kudos to you for using an oscilloscope so you aren't clipping the crap out of your gear, its nice to see folks use proper tools.

all the proper tools on the planet wont do anything if not used properly, which i believe is the case here.

I unhooked the sub, and it is wired to 1ohm. That was going to be my next question, do you need a load on the amp in order to get accurate results. I really don't want to hook up the sub because I would prefer not to bring attention to my vehicle in the area where I live. I suppose I could do it in a parking lot or something if need be.

What was your process for setting the gain?

51.5 volts is pretty high, at 1 ohm that would be over 2500 watts, which I'm pretty skeptical about.
