Did you measure this will the subs wired up or not? What impedance are your subs wired at? Kudos to you for using an oscilloscope so you aren't clipping the crap out of your gear, its nice to see folks use proper tools. all the proper tools on the planet wont do anything if not used properly, which i believe is the case here. That was going to be my next question, do you need a load on the amp in order to get accurate results. I really don't want to hook up the sub because I would prefer not to bring attention to my vehicle in the area where I live. I suppose I could do it in a parking lot or something if need be. I simply played a 40hz 0db tone turned the head unit up as high as I'll ever play it and set the gain with the oscope to right before clipping.
