This was my first time doing this and the subs were pre owned, so I didn't have the option of having them painted before they were built, but I got tired of wishful thinking and went on ahead and did it. I think they turned out fine. I was very careful and took my time. Again this was my first time doing this so don't crucify me lol. We have to start somewhere. I did the smart thing and ask to make sure it was safe and Sidney said it was fine. I was super worried, but he assured me that as long as it is taped off correctly and done carefully it will be all good and he was right. I got a little on the leads, but he said it would not damage them, but may have a funny smell for a little. Lol. If you want to do it, I will be the first to say do it bro.
