This box is really difficult. i found a calculator to determine what size port I need for each one and looks like the x-12 is out the port it needs is too long. It says for a sa-12 and fi bl 12 they need a 6.61 minimum dia port. Would I be ok with a 6in or do you have to jump up to an 8in?

The 6in port length in this box is manageable at 34hz.

Yes, it would be easier to do a sealed enclosure but you will lose low end extension and output with a sealed box.

A 6" vent will be fine with the subs you're looking at.
