noobslayer77 Posted January 22, 2015 Author Report Posted January 22, 2015 took off the infrasonic filter, and man it made a huge difference. gonna put it back on for everyday driving and stuff, but now that i've seen and heard what that box can do without a filter impeding the low notes, i'm probably not gonna go with the rockford 2500. gotta find something with a selectable infrasonic so i can set it around 22 or 23 hz. just hard to find an amp that'll do around 3k at 1.5 ohm, more likely 2 ohm, i can always run extra speaker wire to get the impedance i need. so somthing that'll do 3k at 2 ohms. the search continues lol I'd prefer to stay away from the brazillian amps, i'm not too sure i have the electrical or experience to maintain one. they are a pretty cool design tho, using higher voltage and less current, allowing them to have smaller guts and a smaller footprint 2004 Jeep Liberty Limited 2 13w7s skar 3500 cnf mids (soon) xs batteries

notorious97200 Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 You can use two 1500 watts amps strapped, you'll have 3000 w at 2 Ohms. Or Brazilian ot Mmats amplifiers.
