White Lightning
look at creative sound solutions they make two 4" drivers that are wideband with carbon fiber type cones. I would call them and ask about power handling though. Doesn't say in the literature. http://www.creativesound.ca/details.php?model=VWR126X http://www.creativesound.ca/details.php?model=WR125STR The first one looks good, but its 8ohm What's wrong with 8 ohms ??? Tweeters normally 6 There is nothing "wrong" with it, but I would like to maximize the power output. My tweets are 4ohm. The amp is 50watts is at 4ohms. 8ohm would roughly be half that. And I do not feel up for fiberglassing 2 8ohm drivers wired to 4ohm ohm per pillar either..

How can you tell? Most of the amps I see listed are formatted like this: RMS Power Rating: 4 ohms: 50 watts x 4 chan. 2 ohms: 75 watts x 4 chan. Guest
I was looking at class D because they are smaller and I wanted to mount it underneath a seat. But I guess I am not opposed to getting an AB..

But ............ ??? I was planning on two four channel amps. Both D. One for pillar and one for the 4 door speakers. I am not not opposed to type AB, but I doubt I would be able to fit one underneath my seat. Plus, I do not like to worry about them overheating as much. I know that what i was planning isn't quite your recommendation Cableguy, I just have heard that class AB only sound nominally better. Idk, convince me if you think I should do otherwise!
