d-nice88
I have a clarion eqs746 and I was wondering how to tune it ? I dont have any smd tools is there alternative way to tune without smd tools ?
Broke_Audio_Addict
Start at flat and Tune by ear but remember instead of boosting frequencies lower the others. You never want to boost. The proper tool to tune the eq would be an RTA. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Broke_Audio_Addict
If you can't afford the smd tools you aren't getting an rta either but here you go. http://www.fullcompass.com/product/287940.html?utm_source=googleps&utm_medium=shopping&utm_campaign=googleps&gclid=CO7SiKGJmMQCFUMV7Aod5F8ACQ That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. There are times where boosting is necessary.. but rule of thumb is not to boost unless you absolutely have to I use an audio control rta it only cost 2000 bucks lol Have you ever had your woofers blown? Broke_Audio_Addict
There isn't an smd tool that does what an rta does. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
