A single 4" port is so horribly undersized for that sub it's silly. If you built that box to their "SPL" specs I hope you don't like any bass below about 45 Hz, 'cause you won't be getting any, you probably could run your coil into your back plate pretty easily though, so at least it would be interesting. The fact that they even give a "SPL" sealed box spec is hilarious. Their "musical" recommendation isn't as terrible, port would still be WAY too small though. garton05 Posted March 17, 2015 Author Report Posted March 17, 2015 I have it in a sealed box now and it doesn't get very low at all. The sub is the Phoenix gold titanium elite 12d.
