big 3 or capacitor to fix my problem?!

Recommended Posts

That amp is stable @ 2ohms, so if you are wired below that, then that might be your problem...how are your subs wired?

already checked impedance subs are for sure wired at 2 ohms.
You said you don't have a dmm so how did you check the impedeance?

Are your interior and exterior lights dimming badly when this happens?

How are you going to check impedance with a dmm?

Thinking is the root of all problems...

You need an instruction manual or are you just trying to be a technical asshole as usual?

DC resistance is that better for you?

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

You call it a technical asshole, I call it: not spreading incorrect information.

Most people know it as impedance even though it's technically not.

It's even the way manufacturers refer to it so I'd think most people refer to it that way as well.

People also refer to "impedance rise" even though that is also not the correct term and confuses people.

Manufacters... they also refer to RMS wattage, even though there is no such term. Continous power would be the correct term.

But this is getting way offtopic, so I'll end this here.

You should buy your own dmm it's an important tool to have when doing anything involving electricity.

You can get a basic low quality one for around $10 so there really isn't a reason to not have one.
