I've been in the game along time and have built many vehicles. I've had a couple of vans with 4th order builds. When I saw the pictures of your sealed box, I thought to myself that it looked too small especially for 18s. What we use to do is build a sliding rear wall. This would allow us to "play" with the enclosure volume until we found the sweet spot. In any event, I am happy for you. That number is a great score, congratulations. Thank you man, it's been a long road but glad I was finally able to get decent numbers (and it's musical). DavidClark Posted May 9, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 9, 2016 Pulled the seal off panels this past Saturday so I can get rid of the air leaks from front to rear. I applied silicone in between all the panels and the enclosure and ran a bead on all the edges. I also used a crap load of spray foam.
