IMO the most important thing is getting the sealed right. Second would be the port, then the ratio. I think people get too excited about what the ratio is. Almost every show I've been to that is always the first question. There is a lot more to it than that. Small ratios can still do great and get loud. On my 2 18 build it was doing 54s at the headrest at 26hz clamping 3300w total. Still did 50's down to 18hz on same power. It was not much over a 2:1.

I've been reading up on forth order enclosures the past few days and learned a little, I knew absolutely nothing. I've been working on this for about an hour each day after work, i'm not in a very big rush. I was having Daniel build an amp rack to match the wood in the enclosure but since he is building another box for me I decided to wait on the amp rack. I'm not sure what look we are going for on the next one.
