DavidClark
Got the alternators where they need to be finally. I added an idler pulley which increased the belt wrap on the first alt, NO MORE SQUEALING! ToNasty
Was the bracket wrong? I have the same bracket but I'll only be running duals on it. Is there something you recommend I do if I run into this issue? ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers
DavidClark
You know man, I don't understand what the deal is with this bracket. I haven't heard of anyone having issues. One of the metal grommets was left on and it had the bracket kicked forward a little bit. I figured the bracket was bent because of this but its not bent. The only thing I can recommend is make sure they are lined up and remove the factory idler pulley (after the belt tensioner and before the first alt) and add the pulley like I did. I can give you exact bearing and bolt size. At the end of the day i'm still learning as I go Pioneer 80PRS 4 Scan Speak discovery 4" full rage 2 Ampere Audio 6.5 Comp sets 3 Singer 370 Hairpin's 1 Odyssey g78/34-P1500 6 DieHard Platinum Marine g31 4 XS D3100's DC 175.4 DC 90.4 4 DC 5k's 4 m3 lvl 5 15's Soundrive RCA's Lots of welding lead & SkyHigh Team DC AUDIO
ToNasty
I'm not sure I'll need an extra pulley because even though it's a triple lke yours, I'm only doing duals. But ya any info would be nice ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers

DavidClark
Been messing around in the garage today and decided to move some things around before Heatwave. I ordered 4 D3100's and needed to make some room, i'm going to end up replacing the Diehards with all D3100's and will have a total of 12 batteries. DavidClark
I'm going to have two rows of batteries front and back (not top and bottom)standing on their sides like shown. The 4 channel amps will be inside the passenger rear door and the sub amps will still be in the rear. I'm thinking about using all thread and just stacking them on top of each other.
