So instead of having all four wires in my amp I only have two would it be better to wire all four of the wires since I bought a bigger amp? Amp I had when o got the box made was a 750 watt prime and I upgraded to a 1200 watt prime

P Dub Posted April 15, 2015 Report Posted April 15, 2015 Are the subs dual 1 or dual 2? The positive terminals probably tie together on the inside of the amp as well as the negatives. If your looking for louder, the wiring will depend on if your amp is one ohm capable.
