box designer

Who's a pretty good box designer other than ram designs? Nothing against him, because he designed a few of my enclosures just want to try someone else

I'm helping a friend with his install, he have a truck similar to my truck which is a Silverado..only his is a Sierra. He want to go with four 15's but don't want a wall. With the measurements of 55w 32h and 27d..is it possible?

The subs would all have to be mounted facing forward in order to keep them all on the same plane.

With the 27" deep, your box is gonna have an internal 1/8th wavelength harmonic at 62hz, and a 1/16th wavelength harmonic at at 31hz. This is before consideration for the thickness of material.

Im guessing this will leave roughly 50" from the face to the windshield, which calculates out at roughly a 1/8th wavelength harmonic at 34hz.

These numbers are not too bad off. With a port tuning in the low 30s, this could be about spot on. Hope this helps.
