What specific 10" subs are you going to use? A 3" port isn't really big enough for anything these days. stylinwiley Posted April 21, 2015 Author Report Posted April 21, 2015 It is a pioneer shallow mount sub. Ts-sw2502s4. The box I'm thinking on building inside is like 36 in. Deep 12 in. W and H. with two enclosed at 8x12x12 for the shallow subs. And 1 area 16x12x12. And I'm sure I need a port in the 16x12x12 area.sorry it is a I thought at the moment.

What do you hope to accomplish with a band pass box? If you have space for a band pass box, why are you using shallow mount subs? Joe X Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 I'm sorry guys I ment a 4th order not a t-line. Finally your OP makes sense, you are wanting a 3 chamber 4th BP 0.75 net for the sealed chambers 1.5 net for the ported one. The one thing that looks really bad is the single 3" port.

If you have space for a band pass box, why are you using shallow mount subs? well I got 2 for a really good deal off someone in a fatory sealed box so I want tool around with this box to see what this 4th order is like. And if I like it I will go to 2 good 12s down the road.

The one thing that looks really bad is the single 3" port. yes the subs are in a factor sealed box of .70 so to make it a easy 2 to 1 build .75 two times and one 1.5 sf. My OP is what I really am asking is about the port.
