Its in a 1.75c ported enclosure and i would be using a Rockford t1000 to power it. So here is my question. Should i feed it 1 ohm (1500 watts) or 4 ohms (850 watts). I have a kinetik hc2000 so im not worried about the power being too much im just worried for thesubwoofer itself. Can it take that much power? i dont really have the money to go spend 200+ on another sub if i blow this one. Wire it at 1 ohm you'll never see the 1k anyways. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
