They hit 145db on an old meter powered by a RF Power 800a2. Now I'm running a pair of the newest model HX2s powered by a Hifonics Brutus bx2005d (2000x1@1ohm). It hasn't been metered yet but I'm expecting low 40s and hoping for a solid 145 on a TL mic. IMO they're the best sub for the money ever. Derrick824 Posted November 30, 2006 Report Share Posted November 30, 2006 The first Punch Z 12 I ever bought ended up in a 1.5cu ft sealed box powered by a RF Power 800a2 (birthsheet read 1096x1@4ohm).
