Mixing different resting voltages

If one battery, like an XS Power D2400 has a resting voltage of 12.8/12.9 and a another battery, like a Stinger SPP1500DC has a resting voltage of 12.6, would it be bad to wire the pair together? Or would there be an unequal discharge? I ask because there is a good deal on a used Stinger SPP1500DC locally that is used. Thanks,

I believe the common consensus is that the lower resting voltage will draw the higher resting voltage down over time. But it won't hurt. Unless you intend to play off of resting voltage only, and/or the battery doesn't perform well on a load test, you should be ok with that resting voltage in my opinion.

As long as it's a daily vehicle and doesn't sit for a week at a time you'll be fine.

I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha
