RE SXXv2 12s 4th order design opinon

This is gonna be my first time making a 4th order enclosure and designing 1. Its a 2:1 ratio for 2 RE SXXv2s D.7s. I got a SoundQubed 4500 coming in and gonna wire it to .7 ohms. Right now the sealed portion is seeing 1.57 and ported section is seeing 3 ft^3 tuned to about ~33.5 hertz. Basically the optimum compact box RE reccommends for the enclosure. I just wanted to know if this would be an efficient design or should just stck with a regular ported box? I can add 1 more inch to the width and 1 more inch to the height but last time i did that i had to keep Spartan kicking the box in and that sucked balls. Espeically taking it out. This way i know itll go in and out.

That's tuned way too low. When you design a bandpass box you don't just take the recommended specs for sealed/ported box size and put them together. No bandpass box should be designed without modeling what the output will be like in software and/or really knowing what you are doing IMHO.

Unless you have a really good reason for building a bandpass box (like you are doing a blow through) 99% of the time you are going to get better performance with a well designed ported box.

Why are you designing the box with that funky loading wall?!? You don't need it. I can tell by port size that you're STILL tuned way too low. Get a design from someone that knows what they're doing, that's my free advice.

On a side note, a 4500 to both of those subs is double the RMS rating. Those subs will NOT take that kind of power.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
