Dd9515 (x2) build help please.

Been quite a while since I've been on here. The old plan was to wall my 85 vetted with these but I sold it to help fund a new business venture. I'm tired of everything just sitting piled in the closet so it's time to do something with it! The plan is put them in my work Truck (2008 dodge ram 2500 quad cab). If I pull the "60" side of the 60/40 rear seat it gives me roughly 36"W x 32"H x 28"D to work with so plenty of space. My problem is I haven't messed with Torres in so long I'm having fits with getting a design figured out. I can build anything but the design part is getting the best of me. Any help with design part would be greatly appreciated.

-I'm completely open on sub and port orientation.

-slot or aero ports/sonotube.

-was looking at ~10cubes net tuned to 36-37.

-will be powered by sk-4500.

-looking for loud, and some low authority, but not just a complete low monster.

Thanks again for any and all help.

Guessing you can't post pics from mobile? Trying to post pic of what I have in Torres so far. I'm stuck using my cell to post because my laptop won't connect to the Web for some reason... So this is what I have...

-Subs up, Port firing forward... Centered with the floor the only common wall.

-38W x 32H x 28D (all 4 sides & bottom 1.5", top/baffle 3".

-port (17H x 10.75W x 19L)

Torres says 10.13 gross (I used 0.48 for sub displacement, and 0.05 for bracing), tuned to 36.98, 182.75 Sq in of Port, 18.04 port per foot.

Something is wrong though I think because torres says there's a port bend but the box is 25" deep (inside), and the port is only 19" long (only 17.5" would be inside though due to the wall being 1.5" thick). Am I missing something?...

The remaining depth you have after subtracting the back and front is 28-3= 25". Your port is 17.5 inches deep and your port needs to be 10.75 all round. So 25-10.75 means the port should bend at 14.25" to maintain that uniform 10.75W. If you leave your port straight at 17.5 that will mean your inner port opening will be 7.5" (25-17.5) instead of 10.75

I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha

Anybody?.... From my reading and searching, this looks like it'll work pretty good but I have zero first hand experience so if any of u "experienced" builders could check this for me I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Looks fine to me. Though personally I like to have my port ratio at 1:5 going down but you'll be ok. Also make sure to have your subsonic set right.

subs up/port to passenger side, do not go with 10 c/f , those subs LOVE smaller boxes, go with 8 c/f and about 110 SQ of port.

Should be something like:

32" W x 22.5" H x 28" D

Port: 26.5" D x 4" H x 20" Long

That would be about 8 c/f and 106SQ of port tuned to 34 hz after displacements using 3/4" thickness, add a second layer on top if you can and a couple of braces, that box should work out just fine, i was burping 51s @ 40 hz on 2 9515 and a dd m3a with something very similar.
