Possible shorter lifespan. But that's more likely if they sit without use/charge for days at a time. In a daily driver, don't worry about it, but it still wouldn't hurt to replace the stock with a similar AGM battery

yes exactly as stated above the problem is long term. especially if you let the car sit for long periods of time. the resting voltage of the flooded cell battery and the AGM are different, causing the flooded cell to pull the voltage of the AGM down.
