Swampy Posted August 7, 2015 Report Posted August 7, 2015 I am looking to get my hands on a crescendo 3.5k amp. I currently have a DC 3.5k and I'm trying to add a second 3.5k and the crescendos are so much more affordable, so id rather buy a second crescendo than have to buy a second DC. I hope to end up with 4 - 3.5ks in the near future, I feel like crescendo will be the better route. Ideally I'd love to trade my DC 3.5k for the crescendo and maybe just have the person I'm trading with pay shipping or throw a little extra cash in just to make up the difference in cost between the DC and crescendo...but I'm open to suggestions on how the details are handled. My DC has some cosmetic wear, I'd say a 7/10 cosmetically but it runs perfect and it has never seen below 13.4V. It's on really good electrical (xs d6500 up front, 2 shuriken batteries in back [140Ah total between the back batts], sky high 1/0 for big 3 and power runs, and a singer 270A alt.) If anyone is interested, please comment or pm me and we can get something worked out. I don't claim to know how to solve anything, I just practice the basics. There is nothing worse than wasting hours over a problem that should have taken 5 mins. Anything I post and claim to know, I know simply because of a lesson learned from a mistake on my part.

Swampy Posted August 7, 2015 Author Report Posted August 7, 2015 Man that was a good deal on that thread that was linked, too bad it's already sold. That blue stripe looks really nice on there. corona_jeff Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 actually correction i have 2 open box ones as well
Swampy Posted August 12, 2015 Author Report Posted August 12, 2015 Jeff, I don't suppose you'd be willing to trade one of the open box ones? I'm to the point that I'd just trade even if someone would do it. If not, I have no problem selling the dc 3.5k either...I just won't have enough posts to sell it in the for sale thread for about another 3 years probably lol. Miguels Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 I would keep the dc and buy more dc. You get what you pay for. Bc3500 failed the amp dyno on certified. It came out a few hundred watts short. Dc is underrated my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
