I would personally do a double baffled top, the bottom piece with a large circle or square cut out, and the top piece a solid board with the same size circle/square mounted to that to fill the access hole. Wearherproof strips all the way around and may screws, or even a solid piece of rubber all the way around to seal the two boards together? Idk, hopefully that makes sense to you, it does in my mind but I'm a few coors deep haha

I get what you mean. The rubber gasket ide is a good one. Should be back to work on it tomorrow. Been 8-7 at work last 3 days so no evening work getting done.
