it should be roughly 25hz. can someone double check this

Yup, should be around 25 Hz or slightly less.

Right around 25Hz, the port inner end should be some 10" to the rear wall or it may tune lower.

if you're talking about the correction factor. that would only effect it like 1 or 1 and half hz tops given how low it is to tune to go lower is a significant length increases

No not the end correction, that would relate to the bottom side of the box, just the clearance to the back wall, if you are 6 1/8" from the back wall the effective length would extend like if the port turned.
