Knocker
Seems good. Time to flip it around and remove the tape.
Knocker
Fits good. I used electrical tape to hold the improvised gasket in place and so the sticky side of the ring would have something to stick to.
Knocker
Test fit before putting door panel back on. The view is through the hole where the armrest was.
Knocker
Last look at the underside before putting door panel back on. The speaker adapter tilts the driver up at an angle which is why the underside has so much more space.

Knocker
Done! Fits perfectly flush and sealed against the door panel. I expect there to be an improvement in the midbass when I finally am finished. The Crossovers are temporarily sitting under the passenger seat for easy access to the switches on the high pass crossover. After tuning I will probably install them permanently in the kick panel. Knocker
Now to put the kick panel back on and start the drivers side door. It took me a very long time to figure out how to do this and there were a lot of bumps in the road but the feeling of gratification when I snapped on the door panel was unfuckingbelievable. This is my first install.
