dthomas Posted October 2, 2015 Author Report Posted October 2, 2015 Just got an order from SHCA in. 2/0 CCA (I'm on a budget), RCA cables, 8ga speaker wire for subs, 14 ga speaker wire for mids/highs. Also made an order with Second Skin today for some B stock damplifier. Hopefully have some more updates this weekend.
dthomas Posted October 5, 2015 Author Report Posted October 5, 2015 Didn't get alot done this weekend. But I did get the 2/0 ran from the front to the back batteries. Got the batteries mounted and wired up. I am going to put in some SHCA fuse holders later this week.
dthomas Posted October 5, 2015 Author Report Posted October 5, 2015 BTW I know UPS batteries aren't ideal but my family owns a small ISP and we replace the batteries in our UPS's once a year, so I usually have 8-12 of these around that still test above 90%

Then I screwed this into the wood: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/SS01/01339/N0357.oap?ck=Search_N0357_-1_2599&pt=N0357&ppt=C0005 and then used this: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/SS01/01409/N0363.oap?ck=Search_N0363_-1_2599&pt=N0363&ppt=C0005 Like $15.00 total and it is solid. That BMR kit is nice, but I got a tight budget on this.
