The 15's I could work with I need to be under 12 cubic feet to fit my batteries an amp rack... My hole goal is to be able to pull hair tricks at the local car shows will 2 fi-sp4 15's be able to do that? Yes on 6-7k watts 2 sp4 15's should pull a hair trick if you are tuned low and have lots of port with a bigger box like 8 cubes or so. Id say get a dual alt kit with 2 hairpin alts for your chevy, biggest battery under hood then 1 or 2 in the rear and that should have no trouble fitting. Measure the length, width, and height of the rear of your vehicle and account for the humps and leave a few inches under the window line to account for subwoofer excursion that could go over the window line.

I read that you have a 60 x 30 x 30 to work with so id just make the box around 50w x 20d x 15h which gives you over 8 cubes to work with.. you could either do a center port and fire off a center console or a side port and fire off a door. Id get a a solid amp like the Dc 7.5k or maybe an ampere TFE to pair with 2 sp4s. You will have box rise and and the sp4s have 4 inch coils so they can take the power.

I was unsure about port didn't know witch would be best for my vehicle since I'll be against the back was thinking port up so it would channel air threw the hole cab instead of a midway point or threw the center of the seats an I would love to do 4 subs just don't have the room for everything without building a wall an putting batteries an amps in the bed

Port up works as well. 4 12's takes up the same space as 2 15's. The box for my 4 12's will be around 6 cubes or so.
