Here's something you could try doing some calculations on, it's still lacking some solid bracing which is absolutely necessary:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34 Hz
Vb = 2 ft^3

External Height = 29 cm
External Width = 99 cm
External Depth = 41 cm 72.8 deg.
External Depth2 = 32 cm 72.8 deg.

Port Width = 8 cm
Port Height = 24 cm

Cut Sheet List (port parts):

* All Dimensions in Centimeters.
* Wood Thickness is 1.9 for all Parts.


L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Top to Bottom = 17.2 x 25.9
Extension = 48 x 25.9

Port Side Assembly:
17.2 x 8
57.9 x 8

Just made a template of the side out of cardboard but unfortunately it doesnt fit cause of the back of the rear seat not being flat so im going to adjust my template untill its fits properly and give you the new measurements

I just test fitted the new dimensions

And fits like a charm so the new bottom depth has to be 38cm is a netto volume of 56 liters still possible ?

if you go to 30cm height and use the full 100 width it's still possible.

I can go 100 wide but if i increase the height the top depth will have to decrease but i need that 32cm for my sub to fit.

One other way to save space is using a 6" PVC round port with an elbow since it will have to bend just as the rectangular port does right now.

You can manage 2.0 net @ 34Hz with 29h,98W,32-38D and a 76cm long round port 6" in diameter, but that is without bracing and probably the driver has more than 3 liter displacement

A round port would be the best solution i can go a bit wider to make up for the bracing and sub displacement

How do i calculale the Port displacement with the elbow ?

Just like it had no turn for any practical matters, bear in mind that the round port itself will need some bracing, make sure to use some.
