So I had a buddy weld the plates with the metal tabs in my truck so the stripper pole could go in and yes the bottom part was a terrible place to weld to it didn't last long but that's all we could do because the loading wall wasn't in yet

Out with the old door in with the new

Sanded down all the bottoms of the subs and repainted them with black glossy paint

Started mounting the woofer

Time to start mounting the amps and of course the 8k that I had the longest (the one on top) started acting stupid it has been repaired a couple of times and has been a problem since I got it used months ago. So I left it mounting and only ran 2 8ks strapped at 1.9 ohms. I went ahead and bought a new 8k to replace that one. Also I decided it would be a good idea to only run 2 amps until I get more batts.

Got the loading wall put in

Hooked it up to the Datz and found the impedance slope which landed us with a 10.75 wide by 8.5 deep port. What do you know with 2 amps this was probably spot on for the port currently yes it does seem small but worked perfect.

We moved the base of the stripper pole to the box and instantly better

Then this happened while I'm in line to meter usaci. Damn Selina Gomez. Fuck it tape it up and keep playing lol

With 2 amps at 1 ohm per I was getting 9800 rms at the show I did a 155.4 sealed at 38hz and a 157.9 in the kick nothing special.

We made a stool for the drivers side during demos. I call my stool The Stool Softener

So I decided to meter after the show and my numbers keep going up

157.3 at 36hz at the Headrest

151 at 20hz at the Headrest

154.7 at 24hz at the Headrest

158.8 at 36hz in the kick

I got a my buddy CleanSierras 6 C&D Batts for a stupid low price so I had to buy some aluminum to make buss bars so why not 2 inches wid eby 1/2 thick lol. Started ripping the back out to put all the batts in and let me tell you what a tight fit

With all the batts in I'm sitting really low now I will be looking into beefier springs to help it

Currently on a burp I'm getting a little over 8200 rms per amp rising to 1.5 ohms from .5. Amps are gain matched at 96.5 volts I still need to put my audio control matrix in to see if I gain anything from it but I can tell you my numbers are still going up.

We did make the port 12 inches wide by 10 inches deep to allow it to breathe more. So here is the numbers so far

159.2 at 37hz at the Headrest

158.6 at 47hz at the Headrest

157.71 at 30hz at the Headrest

154.9 at 23hz at the Headrest

161.2 at 47hz in the kick (Official Usaci) Did a 161.6 in testing

157.72 at 47hz sealed on the dash. I did a 157.9 but forgot to take a pic I'm sure in in the 158s now

At this weekends Usaci show in Tucson I surprised everyone and took home 4 1sts and loudest of the day with a 161.2
