help with box

sup guys need help with designing a box on torres. its for a single 8 tuned to 32 or 33. size is from .75 to 1 cube space. everytime i try to put in the numbers i come up with really low port area per foot, like 4.5 per and if i try to raise that it shoots the tuning up considerably. anyone??

This would be the cutsheet for the above Torres:

External Height = 10 in
External Width = 25 in
External Depth = 12 in

Port Width = 1 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

Front & Back = 25 x 10

Left & Right Sides = 10 1/2 x 8 1/2

Top & Bottom = 25 x 10 1/2

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 9 x 8 1/2
Extension = 19 3/4 x 8 1/2
Extension 2 = 2 x 8 1/2
