I was going to link it here but remembered you need voice control. I'm pretty sure youre fucked at your budget if you absolutely need voice control. Just make a purchase based on what you need, not so much what you budget will allow. Always start at the head unit. A good one. Once that is in, it will make your stock speakers sound better. Go to a junkyard (like LKQ) with a phillips head screw driver and start ripping about door panels, especially in the import section. You're likely to find some Infinity 6.5 coaxials. I personally found 3 pairs at the Largo LKQ for $9 a pair. (I flipped them on Ebay for $38/a pair) You can also find Infinity 6x9's for now as well. Infinity is a better upgrade over stock, at least for now. For Under $10 and your time which might be hit or miss the first or second visit it's worth it to try to find some. Install them, and work, work, work for a nice set of Focals.
