Some vehicles have the pos on the driver tire side, some are reversed. Just check what you need when ordering your battery/cell. But, i know they will sell cells with the pos/neg reversed to fit the OEM fit, and have the bat sit "front, forward" and such. No worries dude.... So from what i can tell from what was posted, i just changes what side the battery terminals are on? to better fit particular applications.
