3vil Posted January 26, 2016 Report Share Posted January 26, 2016 there all ground seperate but to the same spot So both amps, the eq, and your headunit are all ground to the same location? I'd try bypassing the eq and then seeing if the noise is coming out of both amps our just one. If no noise then it's most likely the eq, if both amps then it's your headunit, if only one amp then there's your issue. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

calebmiller1626 Posted January 26, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 26, 2016 my head unit is ground through harness and the amps are all ground to same location but eq is not i will try grounding it to with the amps because the whine gets worse as you push the gas pedal but if i turn the eq volume knob down or just shut them all off with the kill switch then it does not whine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
