I went with coaxials in the factory spot and it was a terrible mistake. Really need a component set up front. Right now I am thinking of doing two 6.5" speakers in the doors and 2 tweeters in each a pillar or one tweeter that will keep up. I am new into this much custom work and travel across the country every 3 months for college and work. My only need is that it looks as close to factory as possible with still meeting the other requirements. And I should of said it is a 2011 Silverado...I wish I had an older truck, those doors panels were easy to make pods for.
