ShadeTreeMechanic
If its the same battery then it doesn't owe you anything, but if it still starts the car then it might not be your problem. It could be the voltage sagging due to a weak alternator. Or the amp could have an internal problem. Or the head unit output could be faulty. Do you have a volt meter on your dash board? 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

TezasBassBox
Try changing the fuse and see if that helps Subs don't hit when powered by cheap amps!
ShadeTreeMechanic
We need to rule out the things that are easy to check. I'll have to try it and see but I think so because when I turn the volume down the bass still doesn't hit hard after the problen
