SLYentist Posted February 17, 2016 Report Posted February 17, 2016 i've had great luck feeding subs with 80-120% of rated power. on the ear-o-meter, output difference is negligible. Cables and wires almost never fail; the terminations do.
Johndan0911 Posted February 17, 2016 Author Report Posted February 17, 2016 Well they said the new one are rated at 750
gizmo1 Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 My single sa8v2 takes around 1000w daily and its take it like a champ champ I'm sure that 2 12s can easily take 2k worth of clean power on a unclipped signal. Well I'm not sure about the new ones but I don't think anyone runs less than 1k on the v2's lol everyone I've seen with them ran more than a 600 watt amp.
