There's not enough space in your max dimensions for two of those subs, anyways you can use MDF screws to complete your project.

I think he's just using one of those subs!

Awesome cant wait to start building. Any particular glue i should use?

Titebond wood glue is kind of the standard in wood glues. You need to get clean, tight joints though.

If your cuts are less than ideal PL premium construction adhesive works really well and fills small gaps, its messy though.
